Looks like @karinashk’s ticket was booked as an award flight. It was purchased using sAAver award miles (Booking class Z means it was booked as reward flight and is eligible for upgrade based on availability) Also the taxes were paid with an Amex gift card. This being said, whoever booked the flight didn’t want to leave a trail.
